Fair Claims Roofing replaced my roof in 2014 due to hail damage. After the recent tornado-strength storms in our area I was up in the attic checking for any leaks/damage and I spotted a shaft of daylight shining inside my attic and was unable to correlate it to a roof vent or “why” it would be there… so I called Justin. He came out and inspected everything and concluded it was nothing to worry about .. the bottom line … my roof remains sound. It’s one thing to have a roofer install a “good” roof for you, but quite another to come out, crawl around in the attic, and inspect it 8 years later, without charging for the visit, just to set your mind at rest. Very responsive, very professional, very uncommon and very much appreciated. Call Justin ..he’s the one you want doing your roof.

Honest and helpful!!! I cannot say enough good things about Fair Claims Roofing. Early in the process Justin helped me work with the insurance company to try to maximize my coverage. He met the adjuster when he came out to inspect..I felt like I had a knowledgeable advocate. He helped review all of my paperwork, set up financing, and got my job on his calendar quickly. I appreciated also that he had a very organized invoicing and scheduling system so that everything was quick and easy. And he never made me feel pressured to do more than was needed. His crew arrived exactly when he said they would and got right to work. They used tarps to protect my pool and deck and kept the work site neat. They finished the job in 2 days and carefully cleaned up afterward. They checked all the boxes for me and I highly recommend them.

The roof replacement was done on time and to our expectations. Crew started the work with careful protection of property & planning, and cleaned up & restored the condition after the job is done. The crew conduction the installation with with profession and efficiency even under hot condition, and carried out the work with caution all the time. In the end the roof was installed per specification and looked nice. Although there were few adjustments noted during walk thru after installing, such work was done quickly and to the spec.

From start to finish, the team at FCR worked closely with my insurance company and myself to ensure a through evaluation of the damage, reasonable repair cost and on-time quality completion of work. The repair process exceeded my expectations. The on-site crews were professional and very respectful of my property, being careful to protect landscaping and outdoor furniture. The roofing crew paid attention to the details, including my Ring solar panels on the roof. The gutter repair crew went the extra mile to clean out some downspouts that had been clogged since I purchased the house. All the crews cleaned up at the end of every day. Three days before the option period ended for our new house, our inspector found that the roof needed to be replaced. Justin, the owner of FairClaims roofing, came out the next day and confirmed the findings. It is not what you want to hear when buying a house, but the roof ended up being so beautiful and made such a difference in the look of the house that the new roof was totally worth it. You think that a roof is just a roof, but it is so much more. It really added vitality to a 13-year-old house and made it look so much better. FairClaims roofing provided a very detailed and professional bid in a very timely manner. When options were selected, they were quick to supply updated bids. The crew was wonderful. They came out on a Monday morning, completely removed the old roof and any decking that was not in good shape, sealed the roof and put on the new roof in two days. When they finished, you were left with a gorgeous roof and no debris. Every little piece of plastic, bits of shingles and nails were gone. It was a very painless procedure, and Justin is a delight to deal with. The house looks so great now and 90% of it is the new, well-installed roof. Thank you Justin!!

If you are a home owner like me who wants a Great roofing contractor?? Read on. Im a home owner. Probably like you. My home is my single largest investment to date. I take care of my home. Spend a ton on money on keeping in it good shape. I am sure you can agree. When we started looking to a roofing company I wanted excellent customer service, great value, a great installation, and great cleanup at the end of the job. FairClaims Roofing, Justin O’Neal and his team did an outstanding job!! They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. What Justin did was explain in detail what I was buying, how they would do the job, how they would leave my home, what I could expect. His sales presentation is great very detailed, showing each and every product going to be used. He did NOT try to upsale me. He explained why one option may be better than the other and in the end I chose exactly what options I wanted with NO pressure to buy more. They showed up on time each day. Made a huge mess. We even had a couple of small challenges that I brought to Justins attention. Not only did he show up on site twice. He proactively addressed my concerns and corrected the issues. When his team was done. I expected to find a bucket full of nails, trash, and other debris from the installation. I found 12 nails and a small handful of other debris. The FairClaims crew did an OUTSTANDING job of clean up. I was rather blown away. My roof looks amazing. The installation was right on schedule. I Highly recommend you give Justin a call. We recently replaced our roof and chose to go with FairClaims Roofing. After interviewing several companies, we felt that Phil Ebner was by far the most thorough in terms of trying to understand what we were looking for and explaining the pros and cons of each manufacturer. Additionally, we wanted added protection in certain areas and he was very candid with what he felt would work well in terms of value/cost. Any roofing company can slap on a roof, but I felt we collaborated well in putting a sound system together that should last for years. Lastly, the team (Luis’s team) that actually put the roof on was fantastic. Old school tradesmen that did not cut corners. If one of the shingles did not look right they discarded it instead of nailing it down. They are going to feel expensive when you work with them, but their cost is right in line with all of the others roofing companies.

Fairclaims roofing did roof replacements for two of our homes in Plano and McKinney. Bruce Siegel from Fairclaims was honest in his roof damage appraisals and helped with insurance claims process. His crew came on time for both the jobs and completed them on time, and cleaned up debris soon after. They were professional in their work, used best quality roof material during install, and followed up few days later about the work done. I’ve had quotes from multiple contractors, but felt Fairclaims was honest and reasonable. During the quote process, Bruce explained why some quotes from other contractors were less, and was ready to walk away while telling us why other quotes were not legal. I’d recommend Fairclaims for roof replacement and will use them again in the future.

Justin O’Neal of Fair Claims Roofing and Construction just oversaw the complete replacement of my roof plus repair to sheetrock to a room. I am very pleased with every facet of my experience with Justin and his organization. From our very first meeting, I was happy with the care and attention Justin dedicated to ensuring a successful project. He patiently explained the roof repair process, what his firm could offer, and the options available. His crew worked conscientiously, capably and quickly to complete the necessary sheetrock repairs and roof replacement. The sheetrock repair required the crew to move many items away from the repair site in the room and to protect them from paint. The crew did a great job. The roof replacement crew numbered about 4 people who worked from dawn to dusk every day with great diligence, even when it started to drizzle. They cleaned up the worksite thoroughly and did a terrific job on the roof replacement. The roof replacement looks great. I selected Justin and Fair Claims Roofing for my roofing project after interviewing several different companies and obtaining multiple bids. Our roofing project was highly complicated. It involved extreme pitches, many odd angles and is a concrete tile roof. The project took several months to complete due to weather and other trades needing to finish their work prior to the roof completion. From time to time there were issues that had to be dealt with and mistakes were made. So why am I giving them 5 stars? It is simple really. They are honest, ethical and competent. They stand behind their work and when a mistake is made they own up to it and fix it. In my experience, there are not a lot of companies that have all 3 of these vital characteristics. Fair Claims has them all. Example of Honesty: After the last payment was made, I was promised that dozens of pallets would be removed from our job site. This was not a part of our contract. If I had thrown these away, it would have filled an entire dumpster. As promised, Fair Claims sent someone over to collect the pallets. Example of Ethical: Overzealous roofers ran into some trees with a machine while working in the rain and they put deep ruts around the construction site. Without any hesitation, Justin agreed to pay for the regrading of the property and removal of the damaged trees. Example of Competent: I spent many hours watching and inspecting the roof progress. There were dozens of places that were extremely challenging to install. Someplaces required the roofer to repel off the roof and place very heavy concrete tiles that were custom cut. The fit and finish of the roof is excellent. The roof was designed to last 100+ years. I expect that it will.

Spend a ton on money on keeping in it good shape. I am sure you can agree. When we started looking to a roofing company I wanted excellent customer service, great value, a great installation, and great cleanup at the end of the job. FairClaims Roofing, Justin O’Neal and his team did an outstanding job!! They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. What Justin did was explain in detail what I was buying, how they would do the job, how they would leave my home, what I could expect. His sales presentation is great very detailed, showing each and every product going to be used. He did NOT try to upsale me. He explained why one option may be better than the other and in the end I chose exactly what options I wanted with NO pressure to buy more. They showed up on time each day. Made a huge mess. We even had a couple of small challenges that I brought to Justins attention. Not only did he show up on site twice. He proactively addressed my concerns and corrected the issues. When his team was done. I expected to find a bucket full of nails, trash, and other debris from the installation. I found 12 nails and a small handful of other debris. The FairClaims crew did an OUTSTANDING job of clean up. I was rather blown away. My roof looks amazing. The installation was right on schedule. I Highly recommend you give Justin a call. With all the high wind and rain we had in Dallas last week I found an old Dish Network satellite on our roof had been ripped off. I talked to Justin who gave me a price to fix it that I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. The worker showed up early on a Monday morning (always observing the social distancing rules that are needed because of Covid19) and had everything fixed within an hour. The fix looks amazing and the lady that called to take payment was a joy to speak to. During these tough times I really appreciated how quick they got it taken care of and how they kept everybody safe handling all conversations and transactions at a safe space. I don’t typically write reviews or write at all and just felt like after battling insurance and not getting anywhere we should share our story.
We have had allot of roofs replaced on our street due to hail and the recent storms. We had people stoping and getting out of their cars asking who the roofing company was doing our roof (contractors are not allowed to advertise in our neighborhood). I asked everyone why they stopped and asked, most of our street have all had roofs replaced already. They all said the roof stood out because of the clean lines, amazing ridge cap work and thick crisp lines. The crew was consistent throughout the entire repair. With all the added upgrades to protect our house for years to come and keep us at peace when it rains and wind kicks up. The extra time they spent assuring all the normal places roofs have issues and the many extra layers of new technology roofing materials they used just blew me away. The crews Forman came out everyday to check on the crew and bring any other materials or supplies needed. The Foreman even took the time to walk around the house and answer my questions. We had several quotes for the roof and fairclaims was one of the best bids. They also included upgrades we were not getting with the other bids. When it’s raining inside your home call Justin O’Neil with fairclaims roofing and construction. They are always real busy I know, but it’s worth the time.
I would rather work with a busy roofer then one with no jobs or experience. I’m Thankful for the roof over our my family today. At the end of the day that’s one of the most important things.

Fairclaims Roofing replaced my parents roof after decades of Hurricane assaults and everyday weather wear. They did a fantastic job. The company was even able to replace the old 70’s exterior wood which was rotting with Hardiplank. They matched her old paint to keep the look of the home. As a first time buyer I was told I needed a new roof and began contacting roofing companies for a quote. After 6 companies I was completely confuse about what I actually needed and unhappy with the reports provided to me by the other companies. I took a chance and called Phil Ebner and explain to him that I needed an inspection and quote on a new roof if it was necessary. Phil met us at the house and after his inspection he very clearly explained the condition of the roof, showed me pictures and explained that patching my old roof will not be effective.
