Justin O’Neal is the founder of FairClaims Roofing and a recognized leader in the roofing industry with over two decades of hands-on experience. Throughout his career, Justin has personally sold more than $40 million in roofing projects, contributing to over $160 million in work completed by the company. His success is built on a simple principle: understand the customer first, then deliver a level of service and execution that exceeds expectations. Justin is known for combining deep technical knowledge with a strong commitment to honesty, reliability, and doing what’s right for every homeowner he serves.

In addition to his field experience, Justin holds advanced industry certifications including HAAG Engineering training in roof damage assessment, GAF Pro Field Guide certification, and Tile Roofing Institute certification, along with multiple trainings through the Center for the Advancement of Roofing Excellence (CARE). He has also served twice on CertainTeed’s Professional Roof Advisory Council and currently serves as Vice President of the Houston Area Roofing Contractors Association. Under his leadership, FairClaims Roofing has earned numerous industry accolades, including GAF 3-Star President’s Club recognition and multiple Project of the Year awards. Justin’s passion for raising the standard in roofing continues to drive the company’s growth and reputation as one of the most trusted names in the industry.
